Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Gear
Place your belts and accessories in their original packaging or a secure mailer, then affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
